How do I select which mixing center to order from?

Access your current shopping cart screen by clicking on the Cart Summary "Details" button located on the upper right corner of your screen. Then select the mixing center of choice by clicking on the down arrow from the drop-down list near the "Switch" button. Once you have selected the mixing center of interest, click on the "switch" button to validate your selection.

Can I build an order using different mixing centers?

No, a single shipment or order can only be from one single mixing center at a time.

Why do some items have prices marked "N/A"?

We have several mixing centers from which your order can ship from. Items with a price marked "N/A" are Not Available from the mixing center you have currently selected. Those items will need to be removed from your order.

Is the delivery included in the case price?

No, case prices are FOB prices based on the current mixing center selected (FOB prices do not include shipping cost).Delivered prices are indicated as such and are displayed within the Current shopping Cart screen when a shipping cost is available.

Why does my order have a question mark instead of the total amount?

This is caused when your order exceeds the normal criteria for a single load or our database does not have a current freight cost available.

What are the normal criteria for a single load?

In general a single load is expected to be no more than 26 pallets. For a dry load we limit the maximum weight to 43,500 lbs and for a frozen load 43,000 lbs is the limit (Pallet weight included).

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Yes, as long as your order has not been released to a carrier we will work with you the best we can.

Can I update my order online once it has been placed (submitted)?

No, once you submit your order, only our representatives can apply changes that have been discussed and agreed upon.

How can I see changes made to my order after it has been placed (submitted)?

The easiest way to see current status of any orders placed with us is by clicking on the Order History link located on the upper right corner of your screen.

How long will it take to receive shipment of my order?

We recommend 10 to 12 business days on most orders. Depending on items selected and quantities ordered it may take less time. If we expect extended delays on orders received, you will be informed as soon as possible. Multiple loads may require additional time as well.

Who arranges for the delivery of the order?

We can arrange for the delivery or you have the option to do so yourself. If a freight charge is indicated on your order then we assume responsibility for the delivery arrangements. You can indicate otherwise using the comment box or by selecting customer pick-up.

Can I place more than one truckload order at a time?

Yes, our system will allow you to place an order larger than one truckload; however, shipping costs and accurate discounts will not be available until we verify the order and determine how many truckloads will be needed. For accurate pricing you will need to place each order one at a time.

Can I order by the cases?

We recommend no more than five different items ordered by the case per load. This is not counting Personnel Care Items. Also, ordering by the cases is only possible out of our main mixing center located in Nashville, TN.
